Our jewelry repair department can perform jobs including but not limited to: chain solders, ring sizing, charm attachment, stone setting, prong replacement, new shanks, stone replacement,and any other need the customer may have.
Our Watch repair department can perform jobs including but not limited to: Battery replacement, crystal replacement, band adjustments, band replacements, new movements, water testing. We also are retailers of high end and custom jewelry items and name brand watches.
Repairs vary in time needed to perform. All repairs are on a first come first serve basis. Any repair that needs to be worked on by our jeweler or needs to have heat applied to the piece such as a ring sizing or chain solder needs to be totally cleaned and this adds to the time needed to repair. We always attempt to perform repairs on a same or next day basis.
The cost of repairs can fluctuate due to the market prices of the precious metals that are involved with the repair of the jewelry. Overall, it is better to call in or bring your items in for an accurate estimate on a repair.
This depends on the type of repairs that is being conducted. We do have a jeweler that works on site who can perform certain stone settings, ring sizing, minor jewelry repairs,etc... Any repairs that requires plating or laser soldering is required to go out of house.
Our store runs on first come first serve basis. Most minor repairs that need to be performed such as cleaning, polishing, o-ring attachments,etc... can be completed while the customer waits. Due to necessary cleaning and already pending jobs it is impractical for our jeweler to complete more complicated jobs while the customer waits. Due to the location of our work station, the customer cant actually watch the job being conducted, how ever we can state that we have been in business for 15 years and maintain a loyal customer base due to our honest and quality work.
